About Diane
Diane Fromme is a Colorado-based writer, parent, and stepparent. She is not a therapist but rather an avid observer, journalist, and lifelong student of family relationships and dynamics. The views and perspectives she shares come from fifteen years of stepparenting two children who lost their mother to cancer, along with many conversations and interviews with other stepparents and experts in the stepfamily development field. Stepparenting the Grieving Child is her current book project devoted to helping women and men step into a family where a parent has died or vanished.
